How can I pay for my VTC ride?
You have the choice! Payment can be made 100% securely online when validating your booking, or directly on board our vehicle with your driver. On board, we accept credit cards, cash, and mobile payments.
Can the booking price change during the trip?
No, absolutely not. The price of your VTC transfer is firmly fixed when you request your quote. If there are unexpected traffic jams or an itinerary change due to heavy traffic, the rate remains locked. No bad surprises upon arrival!
How does the pickup work at the airport or train station?
To ensure a stress-free arrival, your private driver will greet you directly at the arrivals terminal or at the head of the platform with a personalized sign bearing your name. He will then take care of your luggage to the vehicle. This premium greeting service is included in our base rate.
Is there a surcharge for luggage or baby seats?
No, our rates systematically include handling all your luggage. If you are traveling with toddlers, please specify this when booking: an approved car seat or booster seat will be provided free of charge to ensure their safety throughout the journey.
What happens if my train or flight is delayed?
When booking for a train station or airport, we ask for your train or flight number. Thanks to this, your driver tracks your arrival in real time on dedicated applications. If your transport is delayed, he will adjust his arrival time and you will not be charged for the extra waiting time.
Do you offer long-distance trips outside Île-de-France?
